[AO announcement] AFD book release

Dear Geoff,

has the book come out yet? Seems no from what I can tell?

I am embarrassed to say that, when you sent me the link to the tropical 
chapter
long ago, I failed to download it, being caught up in other things. Any 
chance
you'd be willing to send it now? I am teaching tropical met and would 
love to have
a look at it. I also have a student in the class doing a term paper on 
the QBO so
if you are also willing to share the QBO model he could test drive it.
